• Realization of your stoneware dinner service on order •

I propose you to realize sets of 8 Lagon plates on order. A set of 4 turquoise plates and 4 petrol color dessert plates that you can multiply to compose your complete dinner service. The price is degressive according to the quantities ordered. The manufacturing delay is from 6 to 9 weeks.

These plates will be handmade in cream colored stoneware. The back of each plate is then stamped with the Elephantom.Design logo. After a long drying time, they will be fired at 950°C before being glazed in turquoise for the large ones and petrol color for the small ones. The back of the plates is not enamelled. After drying, they will be fired a second time at 1280°C to make them resistant and waterproof. This high temperature cooking makes them dishwasher and microwave resistant. This process explains the manufacturing delay time of 6 to 9 weeks.

The plates that you will receive will therefore be real handcrafted creations that will embody the moments of their creation in the workshop. Although my work is always conscientiously carried out, these handicrafts are shaped by hand. They may therefore present slight variations in shape, color or thickness that characterize an object made by a craftsman and provide this little extra soul that only fully handmade creations can convey in them. The Lagon collection's plates are enamelled using a tempered glazing process which allows to obtain slightly different shades from one plate to another making them very unique.

This is a set of dishes that I have previously made and that have gone to join the cheerful tables of another family.
