Clay is very plastic and this is a good thing, because in the workshop, stoneware creations often have already undergone many deformations before their very first firing. Every fold, crack, and small texture patterned in to the salad bowls of the Cocoa collection are made by hand. It is the combination of precises gestures and randomness which allow each ceramic crockery item to develop its unique character.
